Moving to Houston - Part Three

Ben kept the camera busy most of the time (even though it was an anniversary present from all the kids and Sharon to Seymour and Sharon--or something like that). Now only Ben really knows how to use it and he can't wait to get one like it for his own. (I think he means the camera and not the anniversary.) He loved the bridge we saw, and also admired the fact that Jesus not only saves people, but busses.

In Arkansas, Ben liked the name of a city, Arkadelphia. He tried to capture the Arkadelphia sign with his astute eye, but failed to notice the eighteen-wheeler nearby. (It's the details that are sometimes hard to avoid.)

It's good to know that Hope in Arkansas includes a hospital and that Clinton's birthplace is not far away. We couldn't stop to see the exhibits there, though we were sure that Monica would have a prominent place along with many other young ladies of the past there, because we were bound for Dallas.

Not everyone in Arkansas is poor and has to eat at Furr's Cafeteria. We think the people who live in the enormous house on the left probably do not (or possibly do, in order just to afford the large house on the left).

Finally, we knew we were drawing close to Texas.

Notice the horse, the word "West," and so on.
